We operate from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
To book a session, simply contact us via phone, email, or through our social media handles. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
Newborn sessions are best done within the first 5-14 days after birth, when babies are sleepier and easier to pose.
Yes, we do offer outdoor sessions for maternity and family photography either at our studio or based on client preferences. If the location is elsewhere, permissions,location charges are to be borne by the client.
Session durations vary, but typically last 1-2 hours for babies and families. Newborn sessions can take up to 3 hours to allow time for feeding, soothing, and breaks.

Yes, we have a range of beautiful outfits and props suitable for babies up to one year, maternity, and family sessions. The link to our wardrobe will be shared for you to choose from.However, you’re welcome to bring any special items you’d like to include.
Gallery will be delivered in 20 working days from the date of selection of portraits.
Kindly mention to our client communication executive if you do not want us to use your portraits on social media or for any sort of marketing and the options details will be in the packages document shared.

Of course we love cherishing the sibling bonds but based on the photoshoot package you choose we will discuss and guide as how to prepare while including the siblings.
We would request you to mention to our client communication staff regarding the family members to be included in the session and the Add on charges will be explained to you for the time and efforts.
Our basic packages are planned for the mom ,dad and baby but we will be happy to add extended family with the Add on charges which will be mentioned in the document.
It depends on the package you choose and the comfort of the baby will be our priority.
Yes, we have a selection of outfits for newborns and maternity sessions. For family and older child sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable, neutral-toned clothing to achieve a timeless look.
If there are specific outfits or family heirlooms you’d like included, please bring them along. Coordinating clothing for family members without overly matching helps create a cohesive look.
At Babytrails Photography, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate your request and offer you alternative dates.
For rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled shoot, a rescheduling fee may apply. We do our best to be flexible and work with your needs, but please note that repeated rescheduling may impact availability.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or extreme weather, we will work with you to find a suitable time to reshoot at no additional charge.

We do our best to accommodate, but a cancellation fee may apply if canceled within 48 hours of the session date. However, if there’s an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible, and we can discuss options.
You can choose to reschedule the shoot based on our rescheduling policy.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to allow time to settle in and get comfortable. This way, we can begin on time and make the most of the session.
We kindly ask that clients refrain from taking their own photos or videos during the session to maintain the flow and quality of our work. Rest assured, we’ll capture all the special moments professionally.
No. We do finalise all the themes/setups, outfits for the particular theme for the baby during the pre consultation call. We will keep everything ready when the baby arrives for the shoot. We like to avoid any last minute surprises either from our side or the client side so that baby’s time is utilised well. If the baby doesn't cooperate in any of the chosen prop, BabyTrails Team will choose an alternate as per the situation during the shoot.
We prefer keeping the setups ready so that the babys happy time is utilised well. Also we do not want to make you wait while we are held up in other shoots or travelling outdoors so it is better to book an appointment in advance to help us help you with your queries and on time.
We have two studio spaces and each has a cozy room for the parents to nurse the baby and get ready for the shoot.
Yes, we do travel and shoot at your comfortable location . Kindly choose the package acoordingly.
Yes, we will discuss about the outfits and styling in the pre consultation discussion.
Yes. We strive to craft unique memories for our little clients. Also, it depends on the time available for the shoot. If you wish to have some theme or prop that we do not have, based on your budget we can arrange provided there is time and availability. During the pre consultation we will let you know the feasibility of the same.
As photographers, we will want to capture and make more precious images of your lil ones. You can buy extra pictures with the editing prerences for additional charges.

Our studio at Nanjappa Nagar, singanallur has a lawn space and greenery to do the outdoor themes/setups. If you are specific on a different outdoor space please mention the same during the pre consultation so the location options can be discussed. Based on your convenience and package chosen we can finalise.
We are blessed with patience as we understand every baby is different and unique. Given that, we suggest how to prepare the babies during pre consultation which we request the parents to follow for a beautiful shoot experience. In spite of that if the baby has some growth spurts, teething and is cranky we swing along the pace of the baby.
Also, it is essential to accept how the baby is during the shoot so it will remain a beautiful memory. According to us, comfort of the baby is priority so as the situation demands we keep the shoot going and request the parents to cooperate.
Every baby has a unique way of expressing. Smile is just one of the expressions. Likewise, let us try to make the baby happy and capture. Also, cherish those little frowns and cheeky expressions as they will grow up in no time. Every expression will be a treasure for the parents. A prepared mindset and less anxious parents will result in a happy baby and even more happier shoot experience.
As photographers, we will guide aesthetic and natural poses for the mom, dad and baby. If you have any specific pose in mind then kindly communicate the same during the pre consultation so that it is not missed and the expectations are met.
We deliver in web resolution with Babytrails Logo for web and social media sharing. High resolution without logo for printing and framing purposes.
You can choose the portraits immediately after the shoot or you can fix an appointment with the team and choose the final pictures you would wish to have. Office timing will be, 9.30 AM - 4.00 PM (Monday-Saturday). A pdf with Proof watrmark will be shared and you can send us the list of numbers you wish to choose.
We know you would be excited to see the little ones photo in our social media handles. Once the pictures are delivered to you, the marketing team will select and publish the photos randomly. If you wish us in posting we are a message away to gently remind the team to schedule your gallery!
Paying an advance confirms the slot of the shoot. Once the shoot is over you can pay the rest of the amount and send us a screenshot which will help us to proceed with editing.
Sorry, it is not possible to split the shoot. All the packages mentioned are one session and cannot be split.
We believe in quality of the pictures and not quantity. We believe in a handful of stunning portraits which you will frame or cherish forever rather than focusing on a dump which you might not enjoy seeing in the longer run.
